thanks for telling me to blog more.
at first i was thinking that blogging = lesser time to study
then i found out that not blogging = gaming

so why not take the chance to improve my english through blogging.
lols joking. ok lah i try.

Recently, for some reason unbeknownst to me, the Twin Oaks tune keeps getting stuck in my head. This inevitably brought back memories of the band under the baton of Mr Tan. I don't dislike Mrs Chua whatsoever, but I think that she's sort of neglecting the sec 4s and somehow I don't approve of Mrs Chua's way of conducting. Somehow this is good, because if she neglects us, this means that sec 4s can slack. Perhaps this is the strategy or whatever that conductors use to get to know a band... Ignore the sec 4s and develop relations with the other batches since the sec 4s will obviously be the most attached to their previous conductor.

Actually I have no idea why in the world am I bestowing such a great honour upon Mr Tan. I still recall we 3xtra0rdina2ians from band used to curse him about some stuff *confidential (haha)*. I suppose it's simply because we just aren't used to Mrs and Mr Chua. Oh well..

Nowadays I feel as if the little shimmer of hope for band deep down in my heart is fading at a much quicker pace whenever I force myself to attend band practices out of guilt. I head inside the band room, looking forward to seeing my beloved (but somewhat distant nowadays) juniors, and I get bombarded by insecurity and unfamiliarity. All around me, the new faces, the new seating arrangement, the unruly and undisciplined behaviour of the band just forces me to seek shelter outside the band room once attendance-taking is over. Ironic, eh.

Well, on a lighter note, at least the isolation the band has towards the sec fours is the best excuse I use to consolate myself when I skip band practices. "'O' levels nearing", I'll tell myself and hide away in my classroom, which just so happens to be at the extreme end of the school, far away from the band room.

These days, I find it shameful to see Aloy and Jerome, really sorry, I've become sort of like Ash, except that I still feel guilty about skipping band.

Which reminds me, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEROME. :)

Am I going to join band in JC? Hell, no. Even if I do make it to HJC, which I think I won't because if I'm going to I should be studying for the chemistry test tomorrow, I'll join something else. Really love tennis (gawd, RF) but the thought of Maria Sharapovas or Serena Williams in the CCA scares me.

Okay, enough about band.

Eurona almost ran into class after school to tell us she saw someone, Aloy or Han Guang she reckons, kissing another girl somewhere near the PE room. Everyone was looking down at them from the railing until the girl looked up or something. LOLS. EPIC.

Had health check today. Kind of... funny. We were comparing our h&w at birth and we were just like, "WTH I WAS LONGER THAN YOU AT BIRTH! WHY IN THE WORLD AM I SHORTER THAN YOU NOW?! #@!$$#%#&!!!"

I'm really into this game, Three Kingdoms Online recently. Just found out that all my three brothers are playing -.- Whatever.

I've got a new teacher I idolise now. MS CHNG!!! GAH.
So maybe listening to her give mock oral was quite interesting.
ok, back to short-forms.
she is one f***ing horrific teacher, who seems to enjoy tormenting students who can't submit homework on time when she usually takes up to 2 months to mark a assignment (yes, wtf in the world bother collecting when you don't mark). i mean, check ms sathi out. she goes through everything in class because she knows she cant mark.
and she f***ing likes to mark our scripts in a super strict manner

BUT~

Her passion for nurturing her students is amicable, and her efforts put into giving us extra tips and reminders as well as supplementary reading articles (gawd those are essential and I know I'll miss them after I graduate). I will try with my every effort to do my best for English, put in my heart and soul when doing your assignments (even though you take forever to mark them) and make sure you did not waste two years of your life teaching 302/402.

Your weird (yes I know, don't start condemning me already, weird should only be used in speech) sense of humour keeps me awake in class (I just realised I've never felt sleepy in your lessons) and I just pray that I will get an A1 for English and do you proud, even though I haven't got an A or 'Grade One' since P5...

Go Ms Chng! (and I hope you find your true love someday! 岁月不留情, JOKING)

Okay... I'm going back to my no life mode. Chem textbook, here I come. *sigh*
